I’m a senior product designer at Made by Many in London, helping companies turn business models into successful products. Through the use of visual and interaction design, I continually balance customer needs with business requirements. I rapidly test assumptions and refine propositions with customers to create successful experiences and services.

I also organise Small Talks – a semi-regular event that lets makers, designers and problem-solvers share the often untold stories of how things get made.

Before joining Made by Many I was a Visual Designer at BBC News Online, re-imagining BBC Weather online (2011). This also included bringing back and modernising the classic BBC Weather icon set.
